  1. Hi, I got a question regarding the music function.
Will the stream continue to play, when people exit the app? (Not shuting it down, but only exit it for texting or doing other things on their phone)

    Best regards Kim

Thanks for everyone’s feedback and suggestions! Rest assured your feedback is heard loud & clear! Most of the suggestions we have on our product road map and will continue to release many new features in the near future. Stay tuned!

  3. Are these new features, or just retouching all the old ones? C’mon Guys.

I get so deflated when I see “New Features” in my email, and I open it up to this same recycling act. The new designs aren’t getting us new customers, because most brand new customers don’t really know or care about the difference in the designs anyway. What they want is new functionality. They want the app to DO more and more things.

Whatever happened to that whole MLS Tab that we were promised? That would have been a great addition. The White Label Program is great, and I am making quite a bit of money, but it could be so much better with some simple corrections and additions that Resellers continue to beg for.

#1 - How many people have to beg for a login feature?
#2 - Windows platform isn’t going anywhere. Adapt.
#3 - 1 RSS Feed per tab? Really?
#4 - New apps showing up at random order in the dashboard?
#5 - Database Upload and Search would be HUGE.
    #6 - Live Streaming anyone?

Again, I’m not saying you don’t have an excellent product, but you should really have your development team look at some of the changes that we have been suggesting for quite some time. I think you would be pleasantly surprised at how many more of these Apps we could sell.

There ARE other white label programs out there, and I just want us to have every advantage over them. Some of the lesser ones (MUCH LESSER ONES) do include some of the features that we have mentioned.

    Thanks.

    • I totally agree with OsirisKing. I am also a white labeller and sell a good amount of apps but could do much better if I was able to provide crucial features that my clients keep on asking me for. here are the ones that come my way all the time:

      1) Have events auto-delete automatically once they are passed… not taking 2 full weeks like it does right now… a lot of my clients have tons of events and it gets crowded with old events showing on first!

      2) have the push notifications open right in the messages tab once somebody gets a push and click on ‘launch’ instead of sending them broadly inside the app. the customers see a plus one red sign, click on it to see what it is and don’t know they missed a push notifications and are not able to be prompt in there automatically.

      3) be able to use URL address in the pus notifications that people are able to click on and be sent to the URL address my clients wants them to go to.

      Thanks

Thank you for all the feedback — it has definitely been noted. For our next release we are hoping to include the MLS feature, log in feature, and at some point in the near future a Windows Mobile version of our platform. Stay tuned for the updates as we have tons of exciting announcements planned.

  4. I recently became a reseller and, I think it is great. I would love to know as soon as you guys have a system in place for Windows. With the release of Windows 8, Surface, and the new Office 2013 365 subscription based Office suite (which used to only be available to business accounts, but is now available in the Home Premium version) I am actually going to chuck my iPhone and get a new Windows phone and tablet because I can access all of my files and Office apps much easier and keep everything synced.

I think Microsoft has really hit it out of the park with their new platform, and I don’t see them doing anything bu gaining ground in the mobile market. As a reseller, if I can not provide a Windows app to my clients that have inquired about them, I will be losing out to someone else who will.

So what are the plans? No need for specifics. Just a little look into what you guys are working on would be good. i can be patient, and so can my clients, as long as we know it’s coming.

We are actively developing for the Windows Mobile phone right now. We have a few test apps already live in the app store — so stay tuned and we should have something available for the Windows Market fairly soon.

  5. Hi Love the new updates. Here are some other suggestions.
The ability to customize the special instructions text in the food ordering system, so it doesn’t have to say special instructions.
A from Date and To Date function in the food ordering system so this can be used for delivery dates or hire equipment.
When a person first uses the food ordering tab, the option for them to take a picture of them selves and a add their name. Great for regular customers and for the Staff to recognize and get to know customers. Also a table number box or the ability to include a table layout.

  6. It’s great that new features become available what is the use of these apps to the business and how do they work? The Instagram is a good example of this…how do we as resellers sell it? What are the benefits of this feature?

  7. Thank you for the additional updated features!!! If you could Pease make it possible to utilize the back office with iPhones and iPads it would make changes and reading your marketing material so nice rather than having to lug my laptop around

  8. Another suggestion:

When a push notification is sent…that notification pops up when the app launches if it hasn’t already been viewed…so the user doesn’t have to find the ‘messages’ tab to read the notification. You have to select “ok” to make if go away…that way the messages get read. Also, the ability to have sound and vibration when the notification is sent.

  10. Hey guys, wicked updates and thanks for the continued support. I have also received multiple requests for a password protection feature for published apps. Many corporations like my apps but want an app that is not viewable to everyone. A security feature would increase the businesses we can build apps for without sending them away to another app builder.

Secondly, these same businesses have also addressed the Windows Platform and if we have any plans to address this issue. My response is that I know it will become part of our platforms we have apps for, but I never say when or how long before that is. I am sure Bizness Apps is aware of the market share that Windows is gaining and I cant see it slowing down. Having the ability to have apps for this platform will further increase a resellers success and ability to sell apps to any business.

Having used business apps for sometime I have proposed apps to all sorts of businesses and find that corporations and office type businesses would buy an app in a heart beat if the app came with password protection features. Without this type of feature I feel that we are missing out on a huge market that is ready to buy an app, especially the ones we can provide using the Bizness Apps software.

I strongly believe is business apps looks at these two features as new features to be added soon, all Resellers will have a much easier and bigger market to sell apps to.

    Thanks

    • Same here. I have a couple of potential clients that would buy an app in an instant but without a password protection it is no use to them.
Beeing able to offer windows apps in addition would make the make biznessapps even more awesome than it already is!
      I am all for that!

  13. Hey super Bizness great apps!

Congratulations for the new useful features!

i’m also share some sugestions of Ian…the 1 and 3.

I’m not sure but I think you were talking about the development of location-based coupons. Coupons appear when a person reaches a certain place and then get a message that this place has discounts or benefits…
that will be a great and useful feature.

thanks a lot…like always you are the best app company!

  14. I think the option of choosing what tabs show up on the mobile website is crucial as some clients do not want to display certain tabs built for current clients to prospective ones. Please add this.

  15. Suggestions for the next release:

    1. Podcast player functions like the Music Player with the ability to have the player appear on the front.

    2. User logins. You have them with the Reservation System. You have to login to make a reservation. Apply the same concept to when the app is launched, force the user to login and give them to ability to request a user name and password that is decided by the client so they can monitor who has access to the app in case they want to create exclusive app content.

  16. Perfect! We are also very happy with our whitelabel platform.

I share the ideas of Ian and especially point 5. Publishing for Windows Platform.

    Thanks for the updates!

  17. I would like to have in a near future a user and password to enter to the pubished APP
. My clients are asking for this feature. It´s very important for privacity and security, at least in my country: Mexico.

    • what kind of APPS would “need” such feature in “Mexico”?

  18. Great! We are delighted with our whitelabel platform and welcome the new upgrades.

Ideas for future release that we feel would be excellent:

    1. The ability to have several RSS feeds under the one tab.
We have several clients who have many RSS feeds running on their website and we can’t currently include all these in the app without creating an individual RSS module for each feed.

    2. The ability to freely customise the button layout within the App.
The updated layout features are good but it would allow more individual designs if we could choose exactly where each button could appear.

    3. The ability to have more than 5 background images.
Many of our current clients are asking for this.

    4. Events AUTO-delete after the date has passed.
My understanding is that they auto delete after 2 weeks.

    5. Publishing for Windows platform.
Again we are being asked to cater for this demand more and more. It would be a great feature of the platform.

    Looking forward to continued progress.
